Breaks: rules, breakers and crew leads
  9. Which columns your timesheet has, like Notes or a column of your own.

  10. Radios, vests or keys you hand out. Skip it if you have none.

  15. One line per person for your payroll program, at the end of the pay period.

Run a payroll summary for any pay period
  16. Who approves each shift’s timesheet before payroll, or leave it off and payroll counts each day as soon as it is done.

  17. A checklist on a shift or a job site, with photo proof if you want it.

To-dos: checklists on shifts and job sites, with photo proof
