Your company profile: name, logo, address, time zone and country
Your company profile is what your crew, your clients and the job market see. It also holds two settings that change how the app works: your time zone and your country.
Step 1: Open your company profile
Tap the box at the top of the Menu (your company’s name).
- Finish your company profile lists what is still missing: Company logo, About your company, A way to reach you, Address and Services. Tap one to fill it in.
- The QR button shows your company QR code, for people to scan and ask to join.
Step 2: Edit the profile
Tap the pencil (on the website, Edit). Every section becomes fields, each with its own Shown or Hidden switch.
- Your logo, name and tagline: the logo shows on your profile, on badges and in the job market.
- About us and Services: a few lines and chips that tell workers and clients what you do.
- Contact and Hours & location: a phone, email or website, and your address.
Tap Done editing to save. A section switched to Hidden stays off your public profile.
Step 3: Check your time zone and country
At the bottom of the profile:
- Time zone: shift times read in this zone, for everyone. It shows the time there now, so you can check it is right.
- Country: sets the currency your plan is priced in. Once you subscribe, the currency stays fixed.
Only the owner, and people allowed to edit the company profile, can change these.
You’re done when…
- Finish your company profile says 5 of 5, and the card is gone.
- Your time zone shows the right time now, and your country shows your currency.
