Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Ur Timesheet to:

  1. Falsify records. Enter false sign-in or sign-out times, breaks, hours, pay, or reasons; sign someone in who is not there; make fake past-work confirmations, ratings or letters; or alter a letter or check code.
  2. Harass or discriminate. Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against anyone, including through messages, ratings, complaints, job posts or the AI features; or retaliate against someone for filing a complaint or incident report.
  3. Misuse location. Use live location for anything other than seeing whether people are on their way to a shift, or pressure a worker to share it.
  4. Misuse the Job market. Post fake, misleading, unlawful or discriminatory jobs; charge applicants fees; collect applicant data for other purposes; or spam applicants.
  5. Misuse personal information. Collect, export or share others' information (including client sharing, calendar feeds, badge scans and shared-document links) without the right to; upload content (including photos of people, ID documents or health information) without the right or consent required.
  6. Misuse AI features. Produce unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, or try to reach data you are not entitled to see.
  7. Attack the Service. Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our written permission; overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service; bypass limits or permissions; or access accounts, companies or data that are not yours.
  8. Break the law, including employment-standards, privacy, anti-spam and intellectual-property law, or upload malware or illegal content.
  9. Misuse messaging. Send commercial messages through the Service without the consent required by law.

Enforcement. We may remove content, limit features, and suspend or close accounts or companies that break this policy, with or without notice where the risk justifies it, and report illegal activity to authorities.
