Ur Timesheet

Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and astracoretech corp., a Canadian corporation ("we", "us") for the use of Ur Timesheet, the website and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password private and tell us at support@urtimesheet.com if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

Employers and workers

An employer creates a company on the Service and controls who joins it, what they can see, and the records kept about them. Workers join companies by invitation. The Service is a tool: the employer, not us, is responsible for the accuracy of schedules, hours, pay rates and pay decisions, and for complying with employment-standards, privacy and tax law that applies to them.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plan: $0, for up to 5 deployed workers per calendar month, forever. Deploying a 6th worker in a month needs a paid plan.
  • Standard: the first 5 deployed workers each calendar month are free, then $3.50 USD per deployed worker, with a minimum charge of $19 USD per month. The month's charge is the greater of $19 and $3.50 × (deployed workers − 5).
  • Pro: the first 5 deployed workers each calendar month are free, then $6 USD per deployed worker, with a minimum charge of $49 USD per month. The month's charge is the greater of $49 and $6 × (deployed workers − 5). Pro also lets the AI assistant book what it plans. A month in which your company was on Pro at any point is charged at the Pro price.
  • If we agree a different per-worker price or minimum with your company, it replaces the published one. The first 5 deployed workers each month stay free.
  • What counts as a deployed worker: anyone you send a shift offer to or put on a shift dated in that calendar month (UTC). Each person counts once per month no matter how many shifts they work. Sent offers, accepted shifts and no-shows count; a no-show is billed because the slot was filled. Declined or expired offers do not count, and neither does a worker you take off a shift, or whose shift you cancel or delete, before the day of the shift. Once the day of a shift has passed, that worker counts for the month even if the shift is changed afterwards.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' notice in the app.
  • Charges are collected at the end of each month through Stripe. If a payment fails you keep full access for 7 days while we retry; after that the company returns to the free plan's limits until payment succeeds.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the deployed workers up to then are charged; there are no refunds for partial months.
  • Your records stay readable on every plan. Downgrading or cancelling never locks you out of time sheets, attendance or pay history you already have.

The AI assistant

  • The assistant acts as you: it can only do what your own permissions allow, and only once you press Confirm on a plan showing every change. You are responsible for what you confirm, exactly as if you had tapped it yourself.
  • Read the plan before confirming. AI can be wrong or misread what you meant, which is why the Service shows you what will happen first.
  • It is not legal, HR, tax or payroll advice. Employment rules differ by province and by contract; the assistant works from the rules your company has entered, and confirming a plan does not make it compliant.
  • Conversations are processed by Anthropic in the United States and are not used to train models — see the Privacy Policy.
  • Which plans include it, and for how long, is described in the app and may change. Very heavy use may be slowed or paused for the rest of a month; we will tell you rather than bill you for it.
  • Do not use it to produce unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, or to try to reach data you are not entitled to see.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to share, to probe or overload our systems, or to access accounts or companies that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service to you and the companies you belong to. We do not use your content to train AI models or for advertising, and neither does the provider that runs the assistant for us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and back it up daily, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever stop the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections about content, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any dispute will be heard in its courts.
