Ur Timesheet

Cookie Notice

Last updated November 1, 2026 · astracoretech corp.

This notice covers urtimesheet.com, the web app and the Help Center. The phone apps do not use cookies; they keep your sign-in in your phone's secure storage.

Strictly necessary (always on)

Your browser stores a 30-day sign-in token, your cookie and analytics choice, screen settings (such as light or dark) and offline queues. These use browser storage, are needed to run the Service, and are not used for advertising. Stripe sets cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.

Analytics (only if you choose Accept)

  • Google Analytics (cookies named _ga and _ga_…) counts visits to our public pages. It is turned off once you sign in.
  • PostHog measures how the website and web app are used, with a fixed list of events and no IP address kept. It is never used in the admin panel or while our staff are signed in as a user.

If you choose Reject, neither is loaded. Nothing is loaded until you choose, wherever you are; for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Quebec, analytics stays off unless you choose Accept.

In the phone apps

The apps don't use cookies, but they do have usage analytics (PostHog). In the EEA, the UK and Quebec it is off by default, and the app asks before turning it on, with this prompt:

Help improve Ur Timesheet? With your OK, we record which features and screens you use (never what you type, your location or your pay) to improve the app. You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & data.

AllowDon't allow

Elsewhere it is on by default and can be turned off in Settings > Privacy & data.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Choosing Reject after Accept stops both services and deletes Google Analytics' cookies. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
