A tour of the company Menu

For owners and managers2 min readUpdated

Everything you set up lives in the Menu. On the phone it is the Menu tab; on the website it runs down the left side. Both have the same rows, in the same order. Here is each one, and what to do there.

Step 1: Your company, and the two shortcuts

  1. The box at the top is your company: tap it for your company profile, its QR code and the checklist to finish it. Set it up.
  2. Switch to personal opens your own side: your shifts, pay and the companies you work for. How it works.
  3. Chief of Staff plans and books work when you ask in plain words.

Step 2: People

  2. Contractors: companies you partner with, and client requests for your staff.
  3. Departments: teams like Security or Events, each with a manager. Optional.
  4. Roles: each person’s job and what they can do in the app. Start with the roles you are given.
  5. Requirements: the licences and certificates people need, and the uploads waiting for your review.
  6. Documents: a folder for each person, and documents you ask them for.
  7. Hire: your job posts and the people who applied.

  4. Clients: the companies that book your staff. Become a client.
  5. Requests: time off, pay raises, swaps and join requests waiting for a yes or no.
  6. Timesheet: the shifts you signed people in and out on, and the timesheet settings.
