Licences, certificates and gear your people need
Requirements are what people must hold or bring: a licence like a guard card, a certificate like first aid, or gear like boots and a hi-vis vest. Workers upload proof, you approve it, and everyone is warned before it runs out.
Step 1: Say what people need
Open Menu → Requirements. Uploads waiting for your review are at the top.
- Tap Add license or certification (or Add gear or equipment) and give it a name. Mark it mandatory, say whether it expires, which roles it applies to, and, if you like, only one job site or one client.
With Menu → Rules → Requirements in date on, booking someone missing one warns or blocks. The same rule counts the hiring papers someone needs to work: Ready to work.

Step 2: Review an upload
Workers upload proof in their Menu → My requirements, with its expiry date.
- Open the upload to see the file and its expiry date.
- Approve it, or turn it down with a reason.
Every screen uses the same words: Not uploaded, Waiting for review, Approved, Turned down, Expired. You can’t approve a document with no file, one already expired, or your own.

You’re done when…
- Every licence, certificate and piece of gear you need is listed, with the roles it applies to.
Good to know
- Everyone is warned 30, 7 and 1 day before an expiry. Renewing early is safe: the current one keeps counting until the new one is approved.
- Every shift, offer and open shift shows the worker Needed for this shift, with each certificate’s status that day.
- New people can bring a licence with your hiring packet: a Document to bring that fills a requirement asks for the photos, number and expiry, and approving it puts it in their Requirements, verified.
