A new person’s papers: review, remind and Ready to work
Once someone accepts your offer, their packet is theirs to do. You see where each person stands, check what needs checking, and know when they are Ready to work.
Step 1: See who is starting
Open Menu → Hire → Packets. People starting lists each offer out and each new person, by first day.
- Tap a person: Offer sent, Not ready yet or Ready to work, and how many papers are done.
Their papers are also under Menu → Employees → the person, and Home says how many papers wait for your review.

Step 2: Their papers
- To review: what they sent, waiting for you.
- Waiting on them: still to do, or sent back.
- Done, with how each was done: Signed, Agreed, Approved or Sent.
Remind sends a reminder for everything they owe (or for one paper, from the paper), at most once every 12 hours each. Send a paper sends one more.

Step 3: Approve it, or send it back
Tap a paper under To review to see what they sent: the photos or files, their answers, or the signed copy and its signing record.
- Send back asks what to fix: Photo is blurry, Wrong document, It has expired, or your own words. They get a push and an email with your note, and send it again.
- Approve makes it count. Approving a licence they brought also puts it in their Requirements, with its number and expiry.
When two people review at once, the first answer counts, and the other is told who answered.

Step 4: Ready to work
- Ready to work: every paper they need is done, and approved where someone checks it. You and they are told, once.

Good to know
- Booking someone who isn’t ready: with Menu → Rules → Requirements in date on, the papers they need to work count too, so the scheduler warns you (or blocks it, set to Block) and says which papers are still open. Open the papers takes the people who review applications to them.
- Everyone who can see the roster sees Ready or Not ready; only the people who review applications see which papers. Supervisors and crew leads never see papers, workers never see anyone else’s, and clients see nothing.
- They are reminded by themselves too: 2 days before a paper is due, on the day, then every 2 days, 3 times at most, never at night (the reminders setting in Hire → Packets).
- Stop asking for it takes one paper off their list: it shows as No longer needed. A done paper stays.
- Reviewing needs Review applications. Payroll only papers open only for people who Process payroll; others see the name and whether it is done. A licence can also be approved by people who can Edit rules. Nobody reviews their own paper, except an owner.
- Chief of Staff can remind someone of what they owe, from a plan you confirm. Approving and sending back are done on the paper, where you see it.
