Set up your timesheet: columns, templates and locks
Your timesheet shows the columns you choose, in your order. A template saves a layout, with signature lines if you need them.
Step 1: Choose the columns
Open Menu → Timesheet.
- ID shown on timesheets: the Employee ID, a certificate’s number (like a security licence), or both.
- Turn each column on or off, tap one to rename it, move it up or down, and add your own (like Vehicle). Notes is hidden until you turn it on.

Step 2: Pick a template
Three are ready: Standard, Detailed and Sign-off sheet (with signature lines for the supervisor and the client). Or Create your own template.
- Open one to see its columns, and tap Use this template to make it the layout your timesheet shows.
When you download a timesheet you can pick any template for that file, without changing the screen.

You’re done when…
- Your timesheet shows the columns and the ID your payroll and clients need.
Good to know
- A timesheet locks once it is submitted for approval, or once its pay period has closed with Only managers change times on. After that only the owner, an Admin or someone who runs payroll changes it, with a reason.
- Every change to someone’s times is kept: open the person on the timesheet and choose History.
