Add a job site
Menu → Job sites → add.
Give it a name and address (pick the address suggestion so the map pin and clock-in geofence work), what kind of place it is, whether the work is Indoors, Outdoors or Both (the crew sees it under the address on the site and on their shifts, so they know to dress for the weather; sites made before this was asked show nothing until someone picks), Permanent or Seasonal (with the season dates), Public or Private (only the people deployed there and the viewers you name), a layout picture, a description and directions.
Default hours, the positions you usually staff and the site contact are set on the site afterwards. Everything is changed later with the pencil on the job site.
Where to find it
- Open Menu → Job sites, tap + and give the site a name. Type the address and pick the suggestion, so the map pin and the clock-in check work.
