Sign the crew in and out (supervisors)
On the day, a supervisor or the shift’s crew lead signs people in and out from the shift’s Timesheet: by scanning their badge on the phone, or by tapping their name.
Step 1: Open the shift’s timesheet
Open the shift from Home, then Timesheet.
- Tap Sign in next to someone who has arrived, or No-show for someone who didn’t come.
- Tap Sign out when they leave.
The timesheet shows who signed each person in and out (or Self), and a note typed in its Notes column is saved with the shift.

Step 2: Scan their badge (phone)
- Tap the QR button on the timesheet and scan the worker’s badge to sign them in or out. The phone asks for the camera the first time.
The website has no camera scanner: tap the name there instead.

Step 3: Rate the shift at sign-out
With Rate the shift at sign-out on under Menu → Rules, signing someone out asks how they did.
- Pick the stars and the quick tags, add a note, and tap Submit rating (or Skip for now).

Good to know
- A corrected time records who corrected it. Every change is in the person’s History.
- Someone who stays past the end by more than the late grace period has extra time waiting: approve it to pay it, or decline to keep the scheduled end.
- Rules can require being near the site, limit how early sign-in opens, auto clock-out forgotten shifts, and with Only managers change times the time is the moment they tap.
- Where timesheets are approved before payroll, submit the timesheet once everyone is out: Submit for payroll, under the table. How.
