Your employer uses Ur Timesheet to schedule shifts and keep time records. Your employer controls these records. astracoretech corp. runs the app for them.

For employers

Print this notice or save it as a PDF, and give it to your workers with your own policies.

Your location

  • Signing in or out of a shift: if your employer set a job-site boundary, your phone's location is checked once, when you sign in or out, against the site's circle (150 m by default). Your location is not stored; only the result is kept (pass, warning, blocked or off).
  • Live location before a shift: only if your employer turns it on and you agree, which you're asked each shift. From 30 minutes before the start until you sign in (or 30 minutes after the start), a point about every 30 seconds, also while your phone is locked, with a visible notice. Only the latest point is kept; it's erased when sharing ends, and records are deleted after 2 days. The people who can assign or sign in that shift and the crew lead can see it, and your pin stays hidden until you're within about 1 km of where you started. You can say "Not now" or stop at any time.
  • Home address: if you add one, schedulers see only a rounded distance (whole kilometres, "under 2 km" when close) and drive time, worked out from a point blurred to a 2 km square. Never your address.
  • Address search may use your phone's location to rank results; it's not stored.
  • The app does not track you at any other time.

Your time records

  • The app keeps the real time you tapped to sign in or out, which is never overwritten. If a manager edits your times later, the edit is kept alongside it, with who made it.
  • Breaks, requests, notes, and checklist answers are kept too.
  • Your employer is responsible for paying you correctly and for following employment-standards law. Ur Timesheet calculates from your employer's rules but does not pay you.

Photos, documents, complaints and incidents

  • Documents you upload (licences, ID) are seen by people your employer allows; a client sees them only if your employer shares them.
  • Complaints are never anonymous; they're seen by admins and complaint handlers, never by the person it's about.
  • Poll and survey answers are not anonymous.
  • Incident reports are seen by the person who filed them and people allowed to see reports.

When you leave or delete your account

Your employer keeps work records (timesheets, pay, incidents, complaints, ratings) but can no longer see your personal details. Deleting your account removes your personal details but not your employer's records (see the Privacy Policy for the full list).
