How AI works in Ur Timesheet

Ur Timesheet has five AI features. All use Anthropic (United States), each only when someone uses it, and each sees only what that person is already allowed to see. No image is ever sent to the AI. Voice is turned into text on your phone first.
The five AI features

The first time you use Chief of Staff, Ask Ur Timesheet, Ask about your site or Translate, the app shows you what that feature sends and what we keep.
Good to know
Chief of Staff changes nothing until a person presses Confirm on a plan listing every change, and acts only with that person's permissions. Our support staff can read Chief of Staff conversations through an internal panel; each read is logged.
Important. AI can be wrong. Check results before relying on them. AI output is not legal, HR, payroll or tax advice, and it does not make decisions about anyone; people do.
