Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, on the phone or the website. Your personal data is erased right away; the work records a company must keep stay with it, with your name only.
Step 1: Open Delete my account
Open App settings.
- Under Privacy & data, tap Delete my account.
Step 2: Read what is erased and what is kept
- Download my data first: a copy of everything we keep about you. How.
- Erased right away: your profile, password, sign-ins, devices, payroll PIN, Work Log, AI conversations, check codes, shared documents, photos and files, chat messages, job applications, notifications and calendar feeds.
- Kept, and why: the work records a company keeps, like timesheets, pay, incidents, complaints and ratings, stay with that company with your name only. So do the papers you signed for that company (signed copies, your offer letter, handbooks and rules you agreed to), and proof of what you agreed to, which the law asks us to keep.
Step 3: Type DELETE
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.
Your jobs end, your upcoming shifts are released, and each company’s admins are told. We email you exactly what was erased and what a company keeps.
Good to know
- Run a company? The owner of a company with other people in it, or its only admin, first hands it over (App settings → Transfer ownership) or closes it (Menu → Company profile → Close company). A company you own alone closes with your account.
- The papers a company keeps are the ones you signed or agreed to for it. Your other papers (ID photos, licences and forms you filled in) are erased, and a job offer still waiting for you is withdrawn.
- Only you can delete your account: Ur Timesheet support can’t, even while helping you, and the assistant never does it.
- Can’t sign in? Email info@astracoretech.com from the address on your account. The delete account page has every way.
