Hand the company to someone else

Only the owner can, from Menu → App settings → Account → Transfer ownership. Pick the person: they become the owner on an Admin role, you stay on as an admin, and only they can hand it back. You then confirm it is you: on the phone with Face ID, fingerprint or the phone passcode, otherwise with your password (or by typing the company name if you have no password).

The assistant cannot do this for you.
