Delete your Ur Timesheet account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time. You don't need to contact us. Here's how, and what happens to your information.

Three ways to delete it

In the app

Open Ur Timesheet and tap Menu.
Tap App settings.
Under Privacy & data, tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

On this website

By email

Can't sign in? Email info@astracoretech.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days.

Before you delete: download your data from App settings › Download my data. If you own a company, or you're its only admin and it has other members, hand it over or close it first.

What's erased right away

Your profile: name (it stays only on the work records a company keeps), email, phone, photo, address, emergency contact, date of birth, gender and skills.
Your password, sign-ins, devices and payroll PIN.
Your Work Log, AI conversations, check codes, shared documents, photos and files.
Your chat messages, job applications, notifications and calendar feeds.
Your jobs end, your future shifts are released, and your companies are told.
