Download a copy of your data
Download my data makes one file with everything we keep about you, from every company you work for and your personal side. We email you a link to it.
Step 1: Prepare the download
Open App settings → Privacy & data → Download my data.
- What’s in it: your profile, shifts and timesheets, pay papers, messages, requests, documents, incidents and complaints you filed, Work Log, notifications and consent records.
- Tap Prepare download.
Step 2: Open the link we email you
- When it’s ready says where we sent the link, and the time it works until: 15 minutes. After that, prepare it again.
You can prepare it up to 6 times an hour.
Good to know
- It has what you sent, and what was sent to you in a direct chat. Never other people’s messages in group chats, anyone else’s contact details, or the private notes of the people who handle complaints.
- Each company also keeps its own work records about you.
