A tour of your Menus: your own and your company’s
You have two Menus. Your own Menu is about you, across every company. Open a company from Home and its Menu is about your work there. The phone and the website have the same rows.
Step 1: Your own Menu
On Home, tap Menu. At the top: your hours and shifts this month and your next shift.
- Job market: companies hiring. Browse and apply. Find shift work.
- Work Log: hours, pay and tips from any job, even one that isn’t on Ur Timesheet. How.
- My requests: invites, job applications, asks to join, past work checks and Work Log checks.
- Employment history: every company you have worked for, past and present.
- Résumé and letters: your résumé and proof of work letters. How.
- My papers: your licences and certificates, and when they run out.
- Ur Helper (Ask Ur Timesheet; it shows the name you give it): ask about your shifts, pay and papers. How.
- Ur Timesheet Plus: the extras. What Plus adds.

Step 2: A company’s Menu
Open the company from Home, then tap Menu. At the top: your pay, employee ID, department, next shift and next pay day there.
- My requests: time off, a pay raise or anything else for this company.
- My to-dos: the checklists for you and your shifts. How.
- Availability: the days and times you can work for them. Set it.
- My badge: show it to sign in or out.
- Documents: forms and agreements this company asks you for.
- My requirements: the licences, certificates and gear this company needs from you.
- Reports and complaints: your incident reports, and making a complaint.
- Leave this company and Switch company, at the bottom.
If you run shifts, Manage comes first: job sites and shifts, and requests to approve.

You’re done when…
- Your profile is complete: photo, a line about you, an emergency contact, your skills or languages, and past experience or a certification.
- You have set your availability, and uploaded what each company needs.
