Your résumé and proof-of-work letter
Ur Timesheet builds your résumé from the shifts your companies recorded, with verified hours. A proof of work letter says the same thing to a landlord, a bank or a new employer, with a code they can check.
Step 1: Open Résumé and letters
On your own side, open Menu → Résumé and letters, then Open next to Your résumé.
- Your résumé: each job with its dates, verified hours and shifts, your skills by hours, licences still in date, and your work record.
- Choose which jobs show, write one line under a job, and switch your phone, email and work record on or off. See it full size shows a preview.
Jobs you added yourself show as “Added by you”, never as verified. Your pay and home address are never on it.

Step 2: Make a proof of work letter
Back on Résumé and letters, tap Make a letter.
- Pick who it is for (for example a landlord or a bank), the name it is addressed to if you like, the dates and the companies.
- Choose whether your pay and earnings show (on, for a landlord or a bank). See it first shows it marked PREVIEW; Make the letter gives it a code.
Anyone holding the letter can type the code at urtimesheet.com/check, or scan its QR code, and see the same name, dates and hours.

Good to know
- A letter can be checked for 90 days, a résumé for a year. You can cancel a letter at any time, and your letters list says how many times each was checked.
- Downloading the résumé and making letters are part of Ur Timesheet Plus.
