Ur Timesheet Plus: what it adds, prices and the free trial
Everything you need for the job stays free: shifts, pay, signing in, reports and messages. Ur Timesheet Plus adds the extras, each marked with an amber PLUS pill. It costs $4.99 a month, or $29.99 a year ($2.50 a month), and the yearly plan starts with 14 days free.
Step 1: Open Ur Timesheet Plus
- On your own side, open Menu → Ur Timesheet Plus, or tap any amber PLUS pill.
Step 2: See what it adds
When the free trial applies to you, the page starts with Try it free for 14 days. Nothing to pay today.
- The Work Log for more than one job, Tidy up with no monthly limit (3 a month are free), Translate, job alerts first, reminders and share links for your papers, Ask Ur Timesheet, the résumé download and proof of work letters, past jobs confirmed, and the green check beside your name.
See everything in Plus lists it all. Then tap Continue, or Not now.
Step 3: We remind you before you pay
Only when the free trial applies to you: your first 14 days are free, and we remind you 7 days before the trial ends. The page shows the reminder as it will look on day 7: Your Plus trial ends on the day, then the price for the year.
- On the phone, tap Turn on reminders so the reminder can reach you. On the website we email you and tell you in the app.
Step 4: Choose monthly or yearly
The plans are one under the other: Yearly first, picked, with 14 DAYS FREE when the trial applies to you, then Monthly. How it works under them shows what happens when, and the line above the button says what you pay, then Renews automatically. Cancel any time.
- Yearly: $29.99 a year ($2.50 a month, save 50%). If you haven’t had Plus of your own, Start my 14 days free: day 7 we remind you, day 14 it is $29.99 for the year unless you cancel.
- Monthly: $4.99 a month, starting today, with no trial. Start Plus.
The button opens our website’s secure payment page (Stripe), in your browser on a phone: card details never go through the app. Pay there and come back: your Plus page shows You have Plus. Closed it without paying? Nothing is charged. Had Plus before? The yearly plan then starts today. Restore purchases checks your account again for Plus bought with it, for example on a new phone. Until payments are switched on, Plus is open to everyone and nothing is charged.
Step 5: Payments & receipts
Once you have Plus, the Plus page shows what you have and who pays for it.
- Payments & receipts lists your trial, payments, renewals and refunds. Your receipt comes by email from Stripe (or Apple or Google Play, if you bought it there).
- Manage Plus opens Stripe’s secure page to change your card, see receipts or cancel. Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Manage in the App Store or Manage in Google Play instead.
Good to know
- Cancel any time with Manage Plus on your Plus page, in the app or on the website. Bought in the App Store or Google Play instead? On an iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. You keep Plus to the end of what you paid for. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
- Did your company give you Plus (one of the 3 a Pro company can give)? Then you already have it, and the Plus page says who gives it. It doesn’t use up your own free trial.
- We tell you in the app, by push and by email when your trial starts, when you’re on Plus, about 14 days before a yearly plan renews (monthly has no reminder), if a payment doesn’t go through and when it then does, and when Plus ends.
- A payment that didn’t go through? Update it where you pay: on an iPhone in Settings (tap your name, then Payment & Shipping), on Android in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, and for the website with Manage Plus or the link in Stripe’s email. If it isn’t fixed, Plus ends: one Work Log job keeps logging and the others are read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can always export.
