Get the app on iPhone and Android
Ur Timesheet is one account on the phone and the website. Get the app, log in, and turn on notifications so you hear about offers and changes straight away.
Step 1: Download the app
On your phone, go to urtimesheet.com/app: it opens the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, and Google Play on Android.
- The App Store and Google Play badges are also at the bottom of every page of this website, and in your invite and welcome emails.
Opened the link inside another app, like Instagram? The page shows both badges and says to choose Open in browser.
Step 2: Log in, or sign up
- Tap Log in with the email and password you use on the website, or Sign up if you are new.
Your shifts, pay and companies are the same on the phone and the website.
Step 3: Turn on notifications
Open Menu → App settings.
- Turn on Push notifications, and email notifications if you want them too.
- Calendar sync puts your shifts in Google, Apple, Samsung or Outlook Calendar.
Step 4: Get your crew on the app
Invite them from Menu → Employees: the invite email has the App Store and Google Play badges. For your own emails, website or a poster, open the Invites tab.
- Tap Put the app in your emails and website.
It opens urtimesheet.com/app with the kit: the link to copy, the QR code (PNG and SVG, for print), the official badges, ready-made HTML for your emails and website, and how to use the badges.
Good to know
- The phone app adds things the website can’t do: scanning badges, your location at clock-in, widgets and the live shift on your lock screen.
- Billing is managed on the website, not in the phone app.
