Right now, your week and Pay period ready
Your Home shows what is happening now and what is coming, from what the app already knows. For anyone who can see the live board, only for the departments and job sites they reach. On every plan, with no settings and no notices.
Step 1: Right now
On Home, above your job sites.
- Right now: who is on shift, on a break and running late, shift by shift. It updates each minute.
- Someone running late (accepted, not signed in, and past the start plus your late grace period): tap Message to write to them.
Each job site card shows the faces of who is on site now. Under Right now, the weather brief: rain, snow, storms, heat, cold or strong wind today at job sites with shifts still to come, with how many people work there.

Step 2: Your week, on Mondays
- Your week: the week’s shifts and open spots, the days with bad weather, birthdays and anniversaries, and last week’s on time and no-shows.
- Who will come within 4 hours of your weekly overtime rule, from the hours already worked and the shifts still to come.
It shows on Mondays and is gone by Tuesday. With no weekly overtime rule, it has no overtime lines.

Step 3: This week: birthdays and new people
- Birthdays, work anniversaries of a year or more, and people who joined in the last 7 days.
- Say hi opens a chat with someone new, and Message with the others.
A birthday shows only for people who put their date of birth on their profile, and only to people who may see personal details.

Step 4: Pay period ready
At the top of Menu → Payroll.
- Pay period ready: once the last pay period is over and nothing in it waits, its people, shifts and hours (and the estimated total, for people who may see pay), ready for your payroll.
Nothing waits means every shift is signed out, no Timesheet is waiting for approval, and no extra time is waiting for an OK. Payroll summary and Download are on it. The app never sends pay.

Good to know
- On the website’s schedule, each day has the weather at each job site for the next 7 days. A day with bad weather during the hours of open spots says it needs a look, and All 12 shifts filled closes a ring once.
- The owner and admins get a moment the first time the company’s worked shifts pass 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000, and each year on the day it started on Ur Timesheet. Tell the crew posts it to the crew feed, once.
- Pay period ready is for people who export data or run payroll.
