Play on the company side: what owners and managers see
Play is your crew’s game room: points for being on time and reliable, never for hours. It runs by itself on every plan, with nothing to set up and no switch. It never changes pay or who gets shifts, and managers can’t give kudos: the app gives them.
Step 1: Your crew’s week, on Home
For people who see the whole company’s schedule, Home has Play’s card.
- Whether every shift this week is filled, or how many spots are still open.
- Last week at a glance: on time, no-shows, shifts worked and crew quests done.
- How many got the daily quiz right, never who. With news under it: crew goals reached, Crew Bingo lines and the Crew Showdown winner.
Step 2: On a job site
Open Menu → Job sites and a job site.
- Crew Bingo: the crew’s card for this job site this week, with who filled each square, never who missed one.
- Crew goal: shifts in a row with nobody late, set by the app. The crew sees it on their shift.
- Site Legend: who has the most on-time shifts here in 90 days. Crew Showdown: the trophies this crew has won, and who it is up against this week.
Step 3: Wins on a person’s profile
Open Menu → Employees and the person.
- Wins: their level, on time over the last 90 days, their on-time streak, badges and kudos from the app.
Only for people who can already see that person.
Good to know
- Steps are never shown to the company: not on timesheets, reports, profiles, downloads or Chief of Staff.
- Nobody is named for a miss: shared screens never show who was late or a no-show.
- The owner and admins also get a moment when the company passes a milestone (100, 500, 1,000 shifts…), with Tell the crew. More.
