Your hours, pay and tips: where to see them

For workers2 min readUpdated

Your hours and pay at each company are on Pay, straight from the signed timesheets. Where your company has tips, your tips are there too.

Step 1: Open Pay

Open the company, then Pay.

  1. This pay period so far, with hours and pay bumps, your next pay day, and every day you worked with its pay.

Step 2: See how a day adds up

  1. Tap a day: its times, paid hours, rate, pay bumps, overtime and shared tips.
  2. Something wrong? Tap Something wrong? Dispute it. For tips, choose My tips are wrong. How.

Step 3: Your tips on Pay

Where your company has tips, Pay shows them too.

  1. Shared tips are tips your company collected for the crew. Your share is in the pay period, paid with your wages. Cash tips you kept are listed under it, not in the total: that cash is yours already.
  2. Tips this year sits next to This year, and each day you worked shows its Tips.

A share added once that day’s pay period has ended shows in the pay period that is open, as Tips for that day. Your pay statement lists Shared tips and Cash tips you kept.

Step 4: A shift’s tips

If your company asks, signing out of a shift asks Any cash tips tonight? Type what you were given and tap Save and sign out, or tap No cash tips. It never stops you signing out.

  1. Open the shift: TIPS shows the Cash tips you reported. Forgot, or got it wrong? Add cash tips or Change them there until the shift’s Timesheet is sent for approval. After that, ask your manager.
  2. Your share of the shared tips, with How it was split: for example by your hours of the crew’s hours.

You get a notice when shared tips are added, and when a manager changes your cash tips, with their reason. You never see anyone else’s tips.

You’re done when…

  • You know where your pay day, each day’s hours and your tips are.

Good to know

  • Pay is shown before deductions. Ur Timesheet does not pay you: your company pays you from these hours.
