Pay rates, raises and pay questions
Each person’s pay is set on their profile. Workers can ask for a raise, and question a day’s pay, from the app. Both land in Requests.
Step 1: Set someone’s pay
Open Menu → Employees, tap the person, then the pencil next to their pay.
- Choose Hourly or Salary (a yearly amount).
- Enter the amount and save it. The person is told.
A salary is paid split by your pay schedule (for example ÷ 26 every two weeks), with no overtime. Only someone allowed to set pay can change it.

Step 2: Ask for a raise (workers)
- In the company, open Menu → My requests → New request and choose Pay Raise.
- Say why in the note and tap Submit request.

Step 3: Decide it (managers)
Pay raise requests and pay disputes land in Menu → Requests.
- Tap Approve or Decline. On a pay raise you can also send a counter-offer. Approving changes the person’s pay and tells them.

Step 4: Question a day’s pay (workers)
On Pay, open the day and tap Something wrong? Dispute it.
- Pick what is wrong: the hours, a missing pay bump or travel, a break, or something else.
- Say what it should be and why, then tap Send dispute. It goes to the company with the day’s record.
You follow it in Menu → My requests.

Good to know
- Workers see how their pay is worked out on Pay: the hours, any pay bump and overtime, before deductions.
- Changing someone’s pay or role tells them.
