Clients: invite them, choose what they see, and their tip offers
A client is a company that books your staff. They get in only when you invite them, then book and follow their staffing in their own portal. You choose what it shows.
Step 1: Invite a client
Open Menu → Clients, grouped by the job sites they look after, and tap Invite client.
- Pick someone already on Ur Timesheet by @username, or invite them by email, then Send invitation.
The invite shows on their home screen to accept; an email invite works even if they have no account yet. Their bookings arrive under Requests.

Step 2: Choose what their portal shows
Tap the client.
- Portal visibility: whether they see crew names and the timesheets (sign-in, sign-out, unpaid break minutes and hours worked).
Hours worked is the time between sign-in and sign-out less unpaid breaks. Clients never see pay. Where timesheets are approved before payroll, each row says Approved or Waiting for approval.

Step 3: Let clients offer a tip for the crew
On Pro, turn on Clients can offer a tip for the crew in Menu → Payroll → Tips. It is off until you do. A client person with the client permission Offer a tip for the crew then has Menu → Tip the crew.
- Tip the crew lists their shifts from you in the last 30 days. They tap Offer a tip, type the amount and a note for the crew, and tap Send the offer.
- Your offers shows each one: waiting for you, added for the crew, or declined with your note. They can take an offer back until you answer.
It arrives in Menu → Requests → Client as a Tip offer: add it to that shift’s shared tips, or decline it with a note. How. Ur Timesheet takes no payment: you bill the client for it yourself.

You’re done when…
- Your clients are invited, linked to their job sites, and see only what you chose.
Good to know
- On Pro, your clients also get a monthly report of their sites, Ask about your site, favourite workers and Tidy up. There is nothing to switch on. With Menu → Rules → To-dos it can also show them the checklists you share, and let them ask for one. To-dos.
- A client sees and messages only your owner, admins and client managers, plus the crew on their own bookings when you share names.
- Clients never see what anyone is paid, anyone’s tips, or how a tip was split.
