Tonight live, CONFIRMED and the wrap-up
Your Bookings show how each booking is going, from what your staffing company already lets you see. None of it is sent as a notice.
Step 1: Tonight, live
Open your staffing company from Home: Bookings opens.
- Tonight’s booking: how many of the spots are on site, like 12 of 15 on site, and the last spots still being filled.
In the booking’s crew, a tick for each person who arrives, with their name and photo when your staffing company shares names with you; otherwise just the count.
Step 2: CONFIRMED
- CONFIRMED stamps a booking for a day after your staffing company accepts it.
Step 3: The wrap-up, the morning after
- The plain facts from the site report: people, hours, on time, late, no-shows, spots never filled and incidents, with a tick only when it went well.
Good to know
- Only from what your staffing company already lets you see: tonight live needs Monitor deployment status, names and photos need Set required positions & staffing and the company sharing names with you, and the wrap-up needs the site report, from a staffing company on Pro.
- A cancelled booking shows none of these. You never see pay.
