Answer a Work Log check: confirm a worker’s own hours
Someone who worked for you logged those days in their own Work Log, and asks you to confirm them. Confirming only marks their days as confirmed by you: nothing is added to your timesheets or payroll.
Step 1: Open the Work Log check
You get a notice and an email. Open Menu → Requests, on the Employee tab.
- Tap the request marked Work Log check.

Step 2: Check the days, then answer
- Each day they sent: where, the times, breaks, travel and hours, with any Added later or Edited marks.
- Your records differ? Tap Change on a day and type the hours your records say.
- Confirm all (or Confirm with your changes), or Can’t confirm with a reason, and a note if you like.
The worker is told either way. If you can’t confirm, they can ask again from the next day.

Good to know
- Who can answer: people with Approve requests for the whole company (the owner and admins to start). Someone limited to some job sites or departments can’t, and nobody answers a check about their own work.
- You see only what they sent: never their pay, tips, notes, photos or other jobs, and their Start and Stop locations only if they added them.
- The first answer counts. It is answered from its own sheet: a plain Approve or Decline does nothing.
- Confirmed by mistake? Open it and tap Take back the confirmation: the worker is told, and the days go back to Self-logged. If the worker changes a day you confirmed, it goes back to Self-logged and you are told.
- You are reminded after 7 days, and a check nobody answers closes after 30 days.
