Tidy up: clear sentences on reports, complaints and notes

Under the box on an incident report, a quick note, a complaint and a shift note there is a Tidy up button. It turns messy or spoken words into clear sentences, fixing spelling, grammar and punctuation only.

A sheet then shows What I wrote and Tidied side by side, with the details it checked as unchanged (times, numbers, names, and any "not"); the writer picks Use the tidied one or Keep what I wrote. If Tidy up would change, add or drop a detail, it leaves the words as they are and that try is not counted.

What the person first wrote is kept with the report or complaint: under it, Written with Tidy up, Show their own words. Everyone has 3 free tidy-ups a month; Ur Timesheet Plus has no monthly limit. The words in the box are sent to Anthropic to be tidied (not used to train models). The assistant cannot tidy up for someone: it is done from the box.
