My shift records: a copy for whoever ran the shift

For supervisors and crew leads1 min readUpdated

My shift records is on the employee side only: in their company Menu → My shift records. The employer side has no such row, because it already holds every timesheet, note and report (Timesheets tab, Menu → Reports and complaints).

Anyone who acted on a shift keeps a copy of it for their own records: they signed people in or out, corrected a time, were its crew lead, wrote a note on its timesheet, ran someone's break, filed a report on it or reviewed its crew. Simply working the shift does not count.

Each record shows what they did ("Crew lead · Signed in 4 people"), the timesheet, the break sheet, the shift notes, the reports they wrote and the reviews they gave, and it downloads as CSV or PDF. It is read-only and it is the live shift, so a time corrected later shows the correction and who made it.

Pay (bumps, no-pay, a waived minimum) is left out unless their role already lets them open timesheets, and they see other people's incident reports only if their role shows the company's reports. The morning after a shift they get a note that the record is saved; tapping it on the employee side opens that record. Access ends when they leave the company.

Managers who did not touch a shift use the Timesheets tab instead; "Earlier" there loads older months.
