With Ur Timesheet Plus you are told when a job matching one is posted (never about your own company, and never at night: a job posted between 9 PM and 8 AM where you are is told at 8 AM), each job says why it fits you (for example You have 298 verified hours as Security Guard), and a green check shows beside your name on your profile and your applications once a company has recorded a shift you worked.
