Reminders for a document with a due date
A document you asked for with a due date is chased by itself: the person is reminded 3 days before, the day before and on the day. Once it is late they are told again, and whoever reviews documents for that person hears it has not been sent. Nothing is chased once they upload it.
Where to find it
- Set the due date when you ask for the document: open the person’s folder in Menu → Documents and tap Request.
