Insights: your numbers
The Insights tab (company side, phone and web) has five tabs.
Shifts: how spots get filled, the fill rate against the month before, spots still open this week, how long a spot typically stays open, how spots were filled (an offer accepted, an open shift picked, auto-fill, emergency cover, someone putting themselves on), offers sent and how they were answered, the hardest job site and position to fill, and swaps and give-aways.
Job sites: shifts booked by month, week and day (a week shows its real dates; the last week runs to the month's end), the busiest job sites, labour cost by client and incident reports by job site.
Employees: headcount, top and least paid, hours this week, most shifts, most reliable, most no-shows, then on time (the share of sign-ins on time, with the company's grace minutes, and typical minutes late), the most late, missed breaks and what they paid, and certificates running out in the next 30 days.
Payroll: this pay period against the last, average rate, payroll by month, regular vs overtime, payroll by role and by department for this pay period, day vs night, the largest paychecks, pay periods, then where the money goes (base hours, overtime, travel, rides, emergency premiums, shift bonuses, missed-break pay, late-cancellation pay) and extra pay over the last three pay periods.
Safety: incident reports and the open ones, injuries, reports by kind, complaints waiting and handled (for people who handle complaints), and equipment out, overdue and lost. The newer cards follow This month, Last month or This year, each compared with the range before it.
Offers and how spots got filled are counted from the day the app started keeping them (Oct 2026); the tab says from when.
